What is your agenda for the weekend?  Do you have a core workout planned???  You should:)  Let’s all try to pick at least 3 exercises off the core workout list and do 3 sets of 10 reps.  SLOW AND CONCENTRATED!  Don’t rip through your crunches, slow down and FEEL the contraction on each one.

I am going to a Health Fair at Legacy Martial Arts Studio tomorrow.  Really looking forward to it.  First Zumba class is at 9AM!  Wish me luck:)
