As most of you know, I started 2012 with a stomach bug that is just now starting to clear up. UGH! I hope you all are doing well and getting proper rest to avoid the sicknesses that are looming about this time of year. I had been burning the candle at both ends for a few weeks straight, and I think between some extra holiday treats and not nearly enough sleep, I left myself open to let the germs right in the front door:P
So…Since I am starting to feel better, I have pushed the reset button, and plan to start My Transformation Challenge on Saturday Jan 7th!
But this week……While I was sitting on the couch feeling horrible about not being able to workout and be the good role model I feel I should be, or even feel inspirational, I decided to take care of me. Yep! I got out my new training binder for 2012 and filled in the first 19 weeks of the year! I feel SO focused! Now…the faster I can kick all these germs to the curb, the faster I can get a start on my goals! Lots of water and rest for one more day, and then the FUN begins:)
