When will your time be?

I found this on Facebook on Nicole Wilkins’ page, and it is VERY fitting for this blog.  I struggled for YEARS trying to lose weight.  Out of 52 weeks a year, I was probably on a diet at least 40 of them EVERY year, and yet I continued to gain weight.  I stuck to a few of the fad diets for awhile, and even lost weight a few times.  But it always returned.  And usually it brought friends:(  But you have to have FAITH in YOU and NEVER GIVE UP!  Your time to make a lasting lifestyle change could be in your next breath.
