Weekend Workouts *Planned*

Well….this weekend will mark my longest run in about 6 months, with hopefully 10 miles.  I have 8 scheduled, but I am feeling behind in my training, and would feel MUCH better if I could get in the 10.  I will say that with a bit of reservation today, as my hip is feeling “off” again today:(  Thinking it is just a little overworked this week, and hoping some foam rolling and rest tonight will work wonders!

Beyond that, I will get in a shoulder/ab workout at the Kroc either Sat afternoon or Sunday and that should do it:)

Have a happy and healthy weekend!  BE MINDFUL of your Super Bowl snacks!  A treat is one thing….a BINGE is a whole ‘nother animal!
