My Aching Body!

LOL!  Sorry, but that is just simply how I feel today:)

I did one heck of a back and leg workout last night!  I also ran 4 miles, but I split it 2 for warm-up and 2 after lifting.  Glad I did, because I really don’t think my legs would have went 2 more miles after.  It felt like I was running through quicksand!  Today is one of those days that I am happy that my desk “chair” is an exercise ball, because my booty is on fire!  I am really hoping I will have some strength in me by the time FIT class rolls around tonight.  EEK!  I don’t know if a squat is even possible at this point:P

Still working on getting my diet cleaner!  This is such a struggle for me.  NOT that I eat bad, but there are certain things that I am just finding it VERY hard to cut back or OUT!  I know I just have to keep working at it.  I will NEVER give up, so it really is just a matter of time:)
