Day 22 – Push Yourself Physically!

This one has REAL meaning for me today. PUSH YOURSELF PHYSICALLY!?!?!? I know you have all heard me say it before. I am NOT a morning girl! But starting T25, plus sticking with my regular classes(both the ones I take and teach), and at least 2 other days of lifting, I knew I was going to have to work that 25 minutes in on some mornings. Well, I DID IT! I actually got up early today and did it! I am BEYOND proud of myself! LOL! I did not get to bed any earlier, and if I don’t get my booty moving here quick, I am going to be late for work, but I did it!

So, If I can do it…….well, let’s just say you all have better than a fighting chance!  LOL! I guarantee you that you are capable of SO MUCH MORE than you give yourself credit for. Don’t undersell yourself. You are hurting no one but YOU! PUSH!

I added a little extra ice to my Super Berry Shakeology this morning, so I could have some right after my workout, and then I will drink the rest for my regular breakfast shake at 9:30 as usual. SO YUMMY!

Time to put the kitties in their den and get myself ready to start this day!
