I can’t believe it is almost here!
And ready or not, I will start teaching a full line-up of classes on Monday November 14th!
So, here is a bit of a run down of what is going on.
I will have a small fitness room in the back with limited equipment and will be built up over the next year or so, that Full Members will have access to. As of the opening, it will not be completely finished, but it will have free weights, a recumbent bike, a Gazelle(does anyone even remember those?
), a couple of punching bags, medicine balls, small squat rack, and a power tower with dip rack.
But the main thing will be the classes! The classroom is pretty much done except for the ceiling, and I have hopes that it MIGHT be done in time 🙂
At this time ALL classes will take place in the evening, and the exercise room will be open during those same hours.
I will be teaching about 2 classes a night for the most part in the beginning, and others will be added or shuffled or subtracted as attendance dictates!
6:30-7:15PM Boot Camp Strength & Shape
Doors will be locked by 9PM(earlier if no one is using the exercise room)
6:15PM-7-ish(will run between 30-45 mins) -Functional Life Fitness
NEW CLASS FORMAT for me –
This class will be for those looking for a low to no impact, low intensity class. This is a class for beginners/those returning to fitness after an absence or an injury, those with limited mobility, those who want to be able to have fun with the grandkids instead of just watching from the sidelines. As we age, we NEED to find ways to keep our muscles active, strong, and flexible. If that sounds like something you are looking for, THIS class may be for you!
7:15-8:00PM Dance Fitness with BrendaT
*Thursdays will continue to include an extra 10 minutes of core work, so will last until about 8:10PM
Doors will be locked by 9PM(earlier if no one is using the exercise room)
Friday –
Friday Night Fit Club
This will be a DVD class. I will choose a DVD program from Beachbody and we will do one of the DVD’s in the classroom. (For November and December it will be Core De Force)
9:00-9:45AM Circuit Class (in or outdoors depending on the weather) Class size STRICT limit to 10 Kids are welcome to work with their parents, but will count as a student, and NO OPEN WEIGHT ROOM DURING THIS CLASS!
10:00-10:30AM – Dance Fitness With BrendaT
10:35-11:00AM – Tabata and Cool Down
Doors will stay open until at least Noon. If you need access to the weight room later than Noon, let me know and we will see if we can work something out. If I am available, I will try to accommodate you.
A minimum of one Saturday per quarter, I will be at a Beachbody Meeting in St Louis, and the studio will be CLOSED. I will make sure those dates are posted at least 2 weeks in advance.

Tentative Pricing Schedule:
Dance Fitness OR Country Heat/Month – $25
Boot Camp/month – $40 for both nights; $25 for one or the other(message me for availability, as class size is strictly limited to 10)
Functional Life Fitness – $40
Friday Fit Club – $20/Month
Saturday Circuit Class – $20/Month
PACKAGES
BOTH Dance Classes/Month – $45
Boot Camp or Functional Life Fitness AND either Dance Fitness OR Country Heat(to reserve a spot in every class)/Month – $50(Includes Full Membership Benefits)
Full Membership – $50 Includes All classes, but you must sign up for the ones you want to make sure you get in due to Limited class sizes AND you will have access to weight room during open hours.
Drop Ins – $7/class for Non-Members(By availability only due to limited class sizes)
My husband finds it amusing that I am worried about overcrowding, but he never saw my jam packed classes at Legacy, and going from having room for 50 to having room for 10, is making me nervous. If the demand is there, I will add more classes as I can, but for those of you wondering, YES, I am still working Full Time at Brown Drug Business Office as the Bookkeeper and Accountant Liaison, AND I am a Beachbody Coach and run accountability groups online and help you stick to your Beachbody program. Which can be done WITH my classes, as most people will only come to an average of 2 classes a week.
I am getting so excited to bring my unique passion for health and fitness to this area! As a former morbidly obese and disabled person, I can relate to struggles. I am NOT perfect by any means, and still struggle with my own weight on an ongoing basis. So never worry about starting where ever you are now.
It will ALWAYS take a FIRST step to get to the final destination. 🙂
