Welcome to the last day of July 2021!
I don’t know how things are going where you live, but here in West Central IL, the pandemic is ramping up again, and our numbers are unfortunately on the rise. No one can see what the future holds, but if you are hesitant to go out into a gym but you still need a little boost to help you get some type of exercise done each day at home, or maybe you are a beginner and don’t know how to start, or you are like me and are struggling to get back to a better focus on your health and fitness after a long injury or illness recovery, I would love for you to join my Free August Challenge Group on Facebook. It is not a full workout, but 2 exercises that we build upon and encourage each other to get through each day of the month.
