Halloween is tomorrow, Thanksgiving in 4 weeks, and Christmas will be here before we know it.
Let’s keep moving right through the holidays!
We will be doing a few old favorite exercises and a few new ones.
And if you would like to join me, I will also be doing the Mission 22 November Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness to help prevent Veterans’ Suicide. I will have a fundraiser running on Facebook if you would prefer to donate cash instead of push-ups 😉
