How are we already a month into 2022? This past month just FLEW by!

February is a tough month for fitness. It’s cold. Gym attendance is already starting to dwindle. And if your January was flawed, February can certainly be your new beginning. Setbacks are JUST setbacks. One of my favorite sayings is about an arrow. It must be pulled back in order to go forward.
I myself have suffered a LOT of setbacks over the passed few years. But I keep trying. I am literally in the worst shape I have been in in 13 years. I have felt very much like a failure. BUT I still have never fully given up.
The last couple of weeks, I have been making a better effort. And the girls who do these challenges with me help me stay on track. Having an accountability team is the best way to stay on track.
