April 2022 Fitness Challenge!

How can we possibly be 1/4 of the way through this year already? It is flying! So let’s keep the high energy rolling!

Last month’s challenge was pretty tough towards the end. If you were following, you are aware! Sometimes things that seem so simple are BRUTAL! lol

For April, I thought we would take things Back To Basics! This is a beginners mini full body challenge this month.

Demos and Modifications

Squat to Calf Raise –
Monkey Pump. Click picture for demo video
Standing Side Crunch
Don’t just hold your arms still. Arch them from knee to knee like a rainbow in front of your chest.

Push Ups – any way! Here is a few modifications I like if you can’t do full on push ups yet.

Push ups any way you an do them. This video is a few of my favorit modificaions.
Sumo Squats
Triceps Kickbacks-SLOW with squeeze at the top of extension
Jumping Jacks OR Modified Jumping Jacks
Sunday Stretch Option
