A new month is closing in FAST!
August went too quick! But I have mostly healed from my SI joint injury, so there was one plus to it. Still patiently waiting when the pain is 100% gone. It is quite difficult to exercise when your hip locks up constantly! 😡 But you know me, Never Give Up!
So here is the Calendar for September. I plan to do a demo video tomorrow night(8/30) and I will edit to post the link before 9/1.

Let’s work those legs this month and really tighten up our thighs and glutes! Working those big muscles means burning more calories. YAY! And there is the added benefit of needing to contract your core to do these lower body exercises to protect your back, so FREE ab workout to boot! 😉
