This MY journey with diabetes and the treatments I am receiving for it.
No pics yet, but I am on Day 5 of Mounjaro and a Dexcom G6 CGM.
I am down 3# and the full feeling is settling in more and more with each meal.
I am so far blessed, and have not dealt with any constipation, nausea, or other gut problems yet.
As far as the G6, the very first day, I almost ripped the sensor and transmitter off of my abdomen at work on a medical fridge door. YIKES! Anyway, I have been taping it on, but Dexcom is sending me a new one, so I will probably replace it tomorrow, as it is still moving and starting to get a bit testy.
I will take my second dose of Mounjaro on Friday 4-7-23, and I am curious to see if anything changes even though I am staying at the same strength for the time being.
I will keep you updated. But for now, I am exhausted and need to head to bed.
