OK, Ya’All know I am busy right now with the opening of Phoenix Fitness with Body By BrendaT, but what you may not know, is that I somehow caught the horrible cold virus that is being handed around! UGH! I am starting week THREE of it, and I have pretty much had it up to my eyeballs with it!
So I have been working, running the studio, trying my best to get ready for Christmas, and sleeping. Not much of anything else. Which makes sense why my December Challenge Group was a total BUST! 😦 I couldn’t get people interested in something ACTIVE, when all I could do myself was sleep! But I am ready to finish 2016 STRONG as I start promoting my January Group! It will open on January 3rd for prep week, and the Challenge will actually START in conjunction with the Beachbody January Health Bet on January 9th! If you follow the rules that Beachbody has given, you will have a chance at earning a bit of extra cash just for doing something that you should be doing anyway 😉
This group is however, NOT going to be a free for all. I am looking for 5-10 people who REALLY want my help and are ready to commit to their health in 2017! I am not taking everyone! I need to feel your commitment. So if you REALLY want this, email me a bit about yourself and your WHY! WHY you are ready to commit to your health!

I don’t know about you, but I am ready to get back to My Best! I have been out of touch with my own fitness for far too long! It is time to MAKE “Me Time” while giving others the support, accountability, and leadership to do the same for themselves. I hope to hear from you very soon! Now is the time to get prepared! Don’t wait until January 1st. Don’t be one of “those people” who say they are going to do it “next year”. Don’t allow yourself to get caught in that trap. Start prepping NOW!
