June Fitness Challenge!

WOW! How do you KNOW I had a busy month? When the last post I did was last month’s challenge post. LOL

It has been a busy and productive month.

First, I am going to tell you that I am doing amazing! Why? Because I need to remind myself of that so that I can complete this post. When I recorded the Exercise Demo Video tonight, I did so in one take, because if I had stopped to think about it, I wouldn’t have recorded it at all. I have lost 16# in the last 6 weeks, but I still have a long way to go and I am still critical of myself. As much as I would like to tell you that I am, I am NOT immune to the bad self talk. I am working on body positivity, and I talk about it a lot lately. But that doesn’t mean I am 100% there yet. And, I am aware that I tend to wear VERY unflattering clothing when I workout, but I like to be comfortable. And I also LOVE my new Pride shirt and wanted to show it off. 🙂

I am forever a work in progress. The path from point A to Point B is rarely a straight line. And I am learning to give myself the same grace I would give you. Because I deserve my love and respect too ❤

That said, I am setting my goals for the month right now.
1 – lose 8-10#
2 – Start the new BB program and give the yoga days an HONEST try even though I am not very bendy.
3 – Keep doing TikToks to work on my confidence
4 – Get a Tabata Workout recorded before the end of June to post online.
